When we first opened Bella Gaïa Hydration Head Spa in Jersey Village, we thought about offering a traditional monthly membership, like many spas around Houston do. It seemed like an easy way to reward our regular guests. But the more we looked at it, the more we realized a membership wasn't simple at all, for our guests or for our team.
Why a monthly membership didn't feel right
Life doesn't run on a monthly schedule. With a membership, you pay every month whether you come in or not. Some guests forget they already paid for the month. Others get busy with work or family, travel, or simply don't need a head spa every single month. The visit goes unused, and it can feel like a wasted service or money lost.
Memberships can also get complicated behind the scenes: monthly credits, unused services, rollover rules, cancellation terms, and which services the membership actually covers. That's a lot to keep track of, for you and for our staff. We didn't want relaxation to come with homework.

How to use your pass
Purchase your pass online at bellagaia.us.
When you're ready to visit, click "Book with a Pass" and log in with the same account you used to buy it.
Choose the service ending in "(with Gift Card or Pass)" that matches your pass.
Pick your date, time and provider. One session is used for each person booked.
Gratuity is not included in the pass. If you loved your experience, you can add a tip at checkout.
