Our signature method blends Vietnamese Gội Đầu Dưỡng Sinh–inspired wellness rituals with Korean-inspired head spa practices. Learn how to create a relaxing, organized, and professional client experience—from consultation and preparation to shampooing, treatment flow, sanitation, and customer care.

IMPORTANT TRAINING DISCLOSURE
Bella Gaïa provides private, hands-on skills training only. This workshop is not a state-approved cosmetology, barbering, esthetics, massage therapy, or continuing-education program. It does not replace the classroom education, supervised hours, examinations, or other requirements necessary to obtain or renew a professional license.
The Bella Gaïa Certificate of Completion confirms only that the participant completed our private skills-training program. It is not a professional license, state certification, diploma, continuing-education credit, or legal authorization to perform regulated services.
Head spa experiences may include both regulated and unregulated activities. In Texas, shampooing and conditioning currently do not require an individual license.
Reflexology limited to energy-point work on the hands and feet, as specifically defined by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, is not considered massage therapy.
However, general massage, facial treatments, beautifying treatments, pedicure services, and other regulated activities may require an appropriate professional license.
Changing the name of a service does not make it exempt from licensing requirements. The techniques actually performed must remain within the practitioner’s lawful scope of practice.
Each participant is responsible for confirming and complying with all professional licensing, establishment licensing, insurance, sanitation, permits, and scope-of-practice requirements before offering services to the public. Requirements vary by location and may change.
Participants should verify current requirements directly with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation or the appropriate licensing authority in the state where they intend to work.

1-DAY ADVANCED SKILLS TRAINING — $500
Hours: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
Designed for licensed estheticians, hairstylists, massage therapists, and other qualified beauty or wellness professionals who want to expand or refine their Hydration Head Spa techniques.
This accelerated program is best for professionals who already understand basic sanitation, client care, and working with hair, skin, or massage services.
3-DAY BEGINNER SKILLS TRAINING — $1,000

Designed for beginners who want practical, hands-on Hydration Head Spa skills training for potential employment or as preparation for planning a small spa business.
The additional training time allows students to observe, practice, repeat the treatment flow, and receive personalized instructor feedback.
5-DAY CAREER-SHIFT TRAINING — $1,500
Hours: 10:00 AM–1:00 PM
A flexible morning program for busy professionals who are considering a new career direction and want additional time to learn and practice the Bella Gaïa Hydration Head Spa method.
This program provides shorter daily sessions over five days, allowing more time to absorb, review, and practice the techniques.
5-DAY BUSINESS & TRAINER PROGRAM — $2,000

Students can use the manual during training and as a reference after completing the program. The manual is for the registered student’s personal use and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, sold, or used to provide training to others without written permission from Bella Gaïa.
PROFESSIONAL SCOPE OF PRACTICE
*Facial treatments, massage techniques, beautifying services, and other regulated activities may be performed professionally only when permitted by the participant’s applicable professional license and scope of practice.
In Texas, reflexology is excluded from massage therapy regulation only when it is limited to energy-point work on the hands and feet, as specifically defined by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. General rubbing, kneading, or soft-tissue manipulation should not be represented as license-exempt reflexology.
Each participant is responsible for verifying and complying with the licensing requirements that apply in the state or location where they intend to work.
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
Students who complete their selected program and meet Bella Gaïa’s participation requirements will receive a:

To receive the certificate, participants must:

The certificate recognizes completion of private skills training with Bella Gaïa. It is not a license or government-issued professional certification and does not authorize the recipient to perform regulated services.
MODEL REQUIREMENTS
Hands-on practice is an important part of the training.

Students are responsible for providing their own practice model unless another arrangement has been confirmed in advance.

If you need assistance finding a model, please notify the instructor before your scheduled training. Model availability is not guaranteed.

Models cannot be charged for services performed during training.

Models may leave an optional gratuity if they wish.

Models must complete any required consultation, consent, health, and photo-release forms before the service.

Bella Gaïa or the instructor may decline to perform a service when a condition or contraindication creates a safety concern.
SCHEDULING AND ATTENDANCE
Training is available by appointment and must be scheduled in advance.

Participants must arrive on time and be ready to begin at the scheduled hour.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required when requesting a schedule change.

Missed training time may not be refundable or transferable.

Customized or accelerated scheduling may be available upon request.

Registration is confirmed only after the required payment and signed training agreement have been received.

Complete payment, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms will be provided in writing before registration.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I receive a certificate?
Yes. Students who meet the completion requirements receive a Bella Gaïa Hydration Head Spa Skills Training Certificate of Completion.
This is a private certificate of completion. It is not a state-issued professional license or government credential.
Does this training give me a cosmetology or esthetics license?
No. This workshop does not provide a cosmetology, barbering, esthetics, massage therapy, or other professional license. It also does not replace the education and supervised hours required by a state-approved school.
Do I need a professional license to enroll?
Licensing is not necessarily required simply to attend private skills training. However, your ability to perform particular services professionally will depend on the laws and licensing requirements where you intend to work.
Licensed professionals must also remain within the scope of their specific license.
Does a Head Spa service require a license in Texas?
“Head Spa” is a general service name, not one single activity. Different portions of the experience may be regulated differently.
In Texas, shampooing and conditioning currently do not require an individual license. However, facial treatments, beautifying treatments, certain massage techniques, and other services may require an appropriate professional license.
Participants should verify their planned service menu directly with TDLR before offering services to the public.
Is this a continuing-education course?
No. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, this private workshop is not a TDLR-approved continuing-education course and does not provide state continuing-education credit.
Do I need to bring a model?
Students should plan to provide a model for hands-on practice. Please contact the instructor in advance if you need assistance finding one.
Can I bring my employees?
Small-group or team training may be available. Contact us for scheduling and group pricing.
Is employment with Bella Gaïa guaranteed?
No. Completing training does not guarantee employment with Bella Gaïa or another business. Employment decisions and requirements are handled separately from training enrollment.
Can I open a Head Spa after completing the program?
This training can help you understand the Bella Gaïa treatment method and business workflow, but it does not grant permission to open or operate a business.
Before opening, you must independently determine which business registrations, establishment licenses, professional licenses, permits, insurance, and local approvals are required.
