1. Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents aged 18 or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Bella Gaïa Hydration Head Spa are not eligible.

2. Promotion Period

Entries accepted from the official announcement date through December 31, 2025.

3. How to Enter

• Grand Prize Entry (required): Book a Hydration Head Spa service and leave a verified Google review during the promotion period. Both booking and review must be completed for a valid entry. Without a Google review, the entry is invalid.

• Social Media Entry (No Purchase Required): Like, tag, and share the official giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook to enter for secondary prizes.
   

4. Prizes

🥇 Grand Prize: One (1) round-trip economy-class flight from George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) with Air France.
🥈 Second Prize: One (1) First Class Hydration Head Spa Experience.
🥉 Third Prize: One (1) Business Class Hydration Head Spa Experience.

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries and announced on or after January 3, 2026 via Bella Gaïa’s official Facebook and Instagram pages. Winners will also be contacted by email, text, or phone.
To claim, each winner must complete the Winner Acceptance & Booking Agreement and provide a valid passport copy within 7 days of notification.

6. Travel Requirements & Conditions

• The Grand Prize winner must hold a valid passport and any required visa for travel to Europe.

• The ticket must be selected and booked before March 2026.

• Travel dates and flight arrangements are subject to Air France availability and fare rules.

• The Grand Prize includes one (1) checked bag and one (1) carry-on per Air France policy.

• Any taxes or extra fees for checking baggage or upgrades due at ticketing are to be paid by the winner.

• The Grand Prize covers only the economy-class ticket. All other expenses (visa fees, hotels, meals, transport, taxes, and optional travel insurance) must be paid by the winner.

• Travel insurance is recommended but not mandatory.

• The ticket may be issued using Bella Gaïa’s frequent-flyer mileage account. By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes Bella Gaïa to book the flight in their name and agrees to provide accurate passport information for ticketing. Bella Gaïa will not disclose its account credentials.

• Any taxes or fees required at time of ticketing must be paid by the winner before the ticket is issued.
   

7. Winner Conduct

The winner must conduct themselves professionally and comply with all Air France rules and laws of the United States and France. Smoking, possession of illegal substances, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate forfeiture of the prize without replacement or compensation. Bella Gaïa reserves the right to revoke travel privileges if necessary.
 

8. Promotion Participation

By accepting a prize, each winner grants Bella Gaïa permission to use their name, photo, and likeness for marketing purposes without additional compensation.
The Grand Prize winner agrees to take a photo in Paris with a Bella Gaïa towel, tag @bellagaiaus, and share it on social media to celebrate their journey.
 

9. Verification & Documentation

Bella Gaïa reserves the right to verify eligibility, booking validity, and review authenticity before awarding any prize. Failure to provide required documentation or to sign the Winner Acceptance & Booking Agreement within the stated time frame may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
 

10. Liability & Indemnity

Bella Gaïa is not liable for travel delays, cancellations, lost baggage, illness, or injury arising from the use of the prize. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Bella Gaïa and its owners, officers, and employees from any claims related to the giveaway or travel. Winners are encouraged to purchase travel insurance at their own expense but are not obligated to do so.

11. Forfeiture & Substitution

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Bella Gaïa may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Failure to comply with any rule will result in forfeiture without refund.

12. General Terms

Bella Gaïa may modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without notice for any reason. This promotion is sponsored solely by Bella Gaïa Hydration Head Spa, 17398 Northwest Freeway, Jersey Village, Texas 77091.
Air France is not responsible for administration or winner selection.
