This step uses safe, low-level colored LED lights that provide cosmetic and relaxation benefits:
Red Glow: Supports smoother, firmer-looking skin by gently stimulating surface cells.
Blue Glow: Ideal for sensitive or acne-prone skin, promoting a clearer, more balanced appearance.
Green Glow: Helps with tone balance and visible signs of aging, leaving the skin refreshed.
Purple Glow: Encourages overall renewal and revitalization for a healthy, radiant look.

Our Hydration Head Spa packages do not include a full-body or deep-tissue back massage, as Bella Gaïa is not a massage therapy clinic.
However, our Business Class (90 min) and First Class (120 min) packages include spa beds with a built-in automatic back-massage function — providing gentle rolling motions to help you relax while we work on your scalp and facial care.

Guests booking the Premium Economy Class (60 min) may upgrade to include the automatic bed massage or receive a free upgrade when available.
In addition, our technicians provide light, soothing hand, foot, neck, and shoulder touches during parts of the session (such as while your hair is steaming) to enhance relaxation — but not a full back or body massage.

✨ The focus of every Bella Gaïa session is hydration, scalp health, and total relaxation — helping you unwind from head to toe without deep-pressure techniques.
