BOOK WITH A GIFT CARD

GIFT CARD REDEMPTION SPECIAL — SAVE $20

When a Bella Gaïa Gift Card is used to book an eligible, regularly priced Head Spa service, the gift-card holder receives $20 off the regular service price.

Important

The $20 discount is applied when the gift card is redeemed for an appointment—not when the gift card is purchased.

The gift card keeps its full purchased value.

For example, when someone purchases a $135 gift card, the gift card is still issued with the full $135 balance. When the recipient redeems it for a regularly priced Business Class Head Spa, the service is reduced from $135 to $115.

Only $115 is deducted from the gift card, leaving a $20 balance on the card for a future visit. Gratuity is not taken from the gift card automatically. If you would like to use the remaining balance as a tip, just let our staff know at checkout.

Your gift card does not need to match the exact price of the service you select. Only the discounted service price will be deducted, and any remaining balance will stay on the gift card for future use.

The remaining balance may also be used toward gratuity.

However, gratuity is not included and will never be deducted automatically. If you would like to tip your service provider using your gift card balance, please let our staff know at checkout.

HOW TO BOOK WITH YOUR GIFT CARD

Select “BOOK WITH A GIFT CARD.”
Choose your regularly priced Head Spa service.
Select your preferred date, time, and service provider.
At checkout, enter your gift card number.
Apply discount code GIFTCARD20.
Complete your booking.

Both the gift card number and the promotional code must be entered at checkout to receive the $20 discount.

AFTER PURCHASING A GIFT CARD

The purchaser will receive an order-confirmation email from:

Please keep the gift card number private. It will be required when making a reservation and functions like a form of payment.

IMPORTANT TERMS
The $20 redemption discount applies only to regularly priced Head Spa services and cannot be combined with other offers. Any unused gift card balance remains available for future use or may be applied toward an optional gratuity upon request. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Appointment availability and Bella Gaïa’s regular booking, cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies apply.

Experience the ultimate relaxation with our Head Spa packages. While full blow-drying is not included, we’re happy to assist with a simple, complimentary blow-dry if you have 5 to 10 minutes after your treatment. Or feel free to use our self-service hair dryer as long as you like while enjoying a soothing cup of tea.
