Bella Gaia – Policies & Reminders To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience, please review before your visit: 💳 Booking Deposit • A $20 deposit per person is required to secure your appointment. • Applied toward your total at checkout. • If you cancel, please text 713.909.9803 to request cancellation. • $1 from every $20 deposit is non-refundable to cover credit-card processing fees. 🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling • 24+ hours notice: Refund (minus card fee) or reschedule up to 2 times. • Less than 24 hours: Deposit is forfeited. • No-shows or no-call: Deposit forfeited; future bookings may require full prepayment. ⏰ Timing & Arrival • Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and change. • Service begins once the client is comfortably lying down. • Complete your acknowledgment form beforehand: bellagaia.us/acknowledgment • 5-minute grace period; after that, service time may be reduced. • 20+ minutes late = automatic cancellation without refund. • Bella Gaia may adjust start times up to 30 minutes if needed. 👘 Attire & Preparation • Robes (up to 3XL) and open-back spa dresses are provided. • Loose, comfortable clothing is welcome if you prefer your own. • Please arrive without makeup for the best mini-facial results. 💇 Hair Prep • No need to wash your hair before your session. • Please detangle your hair before arrival to help us stay on schedule. • Long or textured hair requires more time; please book the correct service. Business Class (1h30) is recommended for long or textured hair. • Bella Gaia reserves the right to adjust or refuse service if the booked time does not allow proper care. 💨 Blow-Dry Station • Self-service blow-dry area available. • Complimentary 5–10-minute quick dry upon request. 💰 Payments & Tips • Pay remaining balance via card, Zelle, or secure link. • Tips are appreciated but not required (cash, card, or Zelle). • A kind review means just as much 🫶 🚫 Respect & Boundaries • Bella Gaia is a professional Hydration Head Spa, not a massage parlor. • Services include head, face, neck, hands & feet only. • Inappropriate or sexual behavior will result in immediate service termination. 📸 Photos & Sharing Only with your consent and authorization selected as indicated on your check-in form, may we capture or share moments from your session.
