Bella Gaia – Policies & Reminders To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for everyone, please review the following before your session: 💳 Booking Deposit • $20 deposit required to secure your appointment. • Goes toward your total at checkout. 🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling • 24+ hrs: Refund (minus card fee) or reschedule up to 2 times. • <24 hrs: No refunds or reschedules. ⏰ Timing & Arrival • Arrive 10 min early to check in and change. 👉 Complete your form before arriving: bellagaia.us/acknowledgment • Running late? Text 713.909.9803. • 5-min grace period; after that, service time is reduced. • 20+ min late: Appointment canceled without refund. • We may reschedule up to 30 min if needed; enjoy our massage chair while you wait. • Door may be closed during service—please text us. • Want to add time 👘 Attire & Preparation We provide robes (up to 3XL) and open-back spa dresses to keep your clothes dry. Prefer your own outfit? Loose, comfy clothing is welcome. Please arrive without makeup for a better mini facial experience. If you choose to keep your makeup on, we’ll do our best—but it may affect the mini facial. No worries—we have a makeup station for touch-ups after your session! 💇 Hair Prep No need to wash your hair beforehand—we’ll take care of it! Please detangle your hair before arrival to help us stay on schedule. Tangled hair may require extra time and could result in an additional fee. 💨 Blow-Dry Station We offer a self-service blow-dry station. Need help? We’re happy to provide a complimentary 5–10 minute quick dry. 💰 Payments • Balance can be paid via card, Zelle, or secure link. • We don’t store card info. 🎁 Tips & Kindness • Tips are not required but always appreciated (cash, card, or Zelle). • A kind review means just as much 🫶 🚫 Respect & Boundaries • We provide a safe, professional space. • Inappropriate behavior ends service immediately. • Services focus on head, face, neck, hands & feet (no full-body massage). * We do have a built-in back massage feature in our head spa beds—just ask! It’s free during your session. 🧴 Bringing Products? Feel free to bring your own if preferred. 🍵 Food & Drinks Snacks or drinks welcome—please be mindful of others. 📸 Photos & Videos We’re happy to help you capture the moment. Tag us @bellagaiaus!
